Ever feel like you’ve got all the “right” business systems in place, but something still feels off? In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on the rebrand, the pattern I kept hearing from solopreneurs that sparked it all, and what this shift means for you moving forward.

Why I Rebranded the Podcast (And What It Means for You)
If you’ve been around for a while, you’ve probably noticed the on-and-off thing I had going on with the podcast.
Something felt off, and after a lot of praying, journaling, surveys, and market research calls → the direction came straight from you.
So genuinely, thank you. You are a huge reason this rebrand is what it is. 🫶🏼
The Pattern I Kept Seeing in Systems for Solopreneurs
Once I knew change was coming, I needed direction and information. I needed to actually hear what was going on for you.
And after all the surveys and calls (and yes, AI helping me sort through what people were saying), a pattern showed up loud and clear.
What Solopreneurs Said They Were Struggling With
On the surface, it came down to four things:
- Their systems weren’t working, and they had no idea why
- They were trying to fix it by adding more → more tools, more apps, more strategies, more planning
- They still felt scattered and overwhelmed even with all that effort
- They couldn’t tell what was actually broken vs. what just needed tweaking
Sound familiar? Yeah, me too. I’ve been there. 🤦🏻♀️
What Was Actually Going On
But here’s the thing… the surface-level stuff people tell you is rarely the root cause. That’s literally my job as a Productivity Strategist. I help you see the things you can’t see for yourself. 😉
So I kept digging, and the common denominator across every single conversation wasn’t just a business systems problem.
It was something bigger.

The Aha Moment: Business Systems and Life Systems Support Each Other
Here’s the common denominator I kept seeing across every conversation:
The solopreneurs struggling the most with their business systems also didn’t have much support in their real life. No consistent routines, no rhythm around rest, no support systems at home. 🤯
The ones thriving (or even just doing okay) had some form of systems supporting both their business and their real life → the two were holding each other up.
The Revelation
That was my huge aha moment. I remember turning to my husband and just knowing that this was what had been missing.
I can teach you all the Trello systems, task management workflows, and prioritization frameworks in the world. But if your real life is running on fumes, those business systems are going to crumble every single time.
That’s when I knew it was time to shift things around. And that’s what led to this rebrand.

What’s Staying the Same (and What’s New) on the Podcast
If you’re a longtime listener, nothing you loved is going away. I’m just adding the real-life pieces I’ve been holding back on.
What’s Staying
Same me, same heart, same no-fluff approach. The core productivity and business systems content isn’t going anywhere:
- Trello and project management
- Workflows and automations
- Task management and prioritization
- All the systems-y goodness you’ve come to expect
What’s New
I’m folding in the stuff that actually makes those business systems work in real life:
- Routines, rest, and rhythms
- Support at home (literally at home)
- Faith, which has been a huge part of how I run my business all along
On that last one… I’ve been feeling called to be more bold about it. So faith, scripture, bible study revelations, etc. will show up naturally where it fits because it has genuinely made running my business more peaceful, and that’s what I want for you too. 🫶🏼

A Fuller Picture of Systems for Solopreneurs
When most of us hear “systems for solopreneurs,” we immediately think of project management tools, automations, and tech stacks. And yes, those count, but that’s not the whole picture.
Systems actually live under a much bigger umbrella. We’re talking:
All of it. That’s what real systems for solopreneurs look like when you zoom out… the business stuff and the real-life stuff, working together.
And no, that doesn’t mean adding more routine charts or more apps to your already-overwhelmed plate. 🙅🏻♀️
It means looking at your whole life and asking what actually needs support, not what looks good on a Pinterest board.
