High Converting Email Swipes for Online Business Owners
Using high converting email swipes are the secret weapons of many successful, online business owners. And if they don’t use email swipes or email templates, they’re likely hiring a copywriter which costs a pretty penny.
That’s why personally, I LOVE using email swipe copy any chance I can as it makes the email writing process a whole lot faster and easier.
Plus, most high converting email swipes are written by copywriters, but don’t come with the expensive price tag. 😉

4 Types of High Converting Email Swipes
While there are sooo many email swipes and templates available, there are 4 types that I highly recommend any online business owner have handy in their Email Swipes Library.
Welcome Sequences
The first set of high converting email swipes you should use are welcome sequences. These are the set of emails you send to brand new subscribers once they’ve joined your email list.

How To Get the Most Out of Using Email Swipes
Here’s the thing about email swipes though…. Once you start using them, you’ll be hooked and want more. At least this has been the case for me. 😜
As a productivity person who’s always looking for ways to maximize my efficiency, using email templates reallyyy helps speed up the process.
So while I highly recommend having and using various types of high converting email swipes, there’s two main recommendations I have to help you get the most out of them.

Customize them
First, you’ll want to make sure that you customize the email swipe copy with your voice as much as possible.
Since these weren’t written just for your business, there are dozens, hundreds or potentially thousands of other online business owners who may be using the same email templates as you.
As you begin to expand your network, there starts to be an overlap of shared audiences, so you want to make sure that even if you’re using an email template, that it sounds like you.
Use them as a starting point, and even though they’re typically fill-in-blank style, find different ways to say the same thing.
Doing so will ensure that your emails don’t sound like the others out there, which is important when wanting to convert readers into buyers.

Keep them organized
Like I said, you may end up like me with hundreds of swipe copy (LOL) so you want to make sure you stay organized.
Personally, I recommend creating some sort of Visual Email Swipes Library which allows you to see alllll the emails you have.
The main things you want to keep in mind when organizing your email templates are:
- Store them into a centralized folder on the cloud
- Use proper naming conventions for easy searchability
- Add the access links to a project management tool (like Trello) for easy access
- Keep them categorized so that you can find exactly what you need when you need it

Email Swipes Can be a Game-Changer
Using high converting email swipes can truly be a game-changer for any online business owner who wants to keep their subscribers engaged.
Email templates can help you avoid writer’s block, speed up the email writing process and are written in a way to help inspire your readers to take some sort of action.
Just be sure to keep all your email swipe copy organized so that you actually use them. 😉
After students went through my workshop on setting up their visual email swipes library, they mentioned how they had so many more email templates than they had realized.
The point is, if you don’t know what you have or where it is, you won’t use it, so be sure to keep them organized. 🙌🏼
