If your online courses are scattered across emails, bookmarks, random folders, and dashboards, you’re not alone.
In this episode, I’m going through the simple learning library system I use to organize every single course I’ve ever purchased (or grabbed from bundles and summits).

If Your Courses Are Everywhere, This Is for You
If your online courses are scattered across emails, bookmarks, and random folders… yeah, you’re not alone.
At some point, we all grab a few too many courses (hello bundles and summits) and suddenly can’t remember what we even own. 😅
So instead of actually learning, we’re stuck searching for logins… or worse, buying the same thing twice. 🤦🏻♀️
That’s exactly why creating a simple learning library for your online courses can be such a game-changer.
Why You Need a Learning Library for Online Courses
As online business owners, we’re constantly learning… and honestly, that’s a good thing. But between bundles, summits, and courses from creators we love, it adds up way faster than we can actually keep up with.
And before you know it, everything is just kind of… everywhere.
- A login link in one email
- A course dashboard you bookmarked (somewhere??)
- A random Google Drive folder you forgot about
- Notes sitting in three different places
It doesn’t feel like a resource anymore. It starts to feel like clutter.
And that’s where the real problem really kicks in.

What Happens When Your Courses Are Disorganized
When your courses are scattered like this, you’re not just dealing with disorganization… you’re losing time, energy, and sometimes even money trying to keep up with it all.
It might not seem like a big deal at first… but it adds up quickly.
- You forget what you already own (and sometimes buy it again)
- You waste way too much time searching for links and logins
- You don’t finish the courses you were actually excited about
And over time, all of that turns your “learning resources” into something that just feels heavy and unused.
What to Include in Your Learning Library System
Let me make this really simple for you because this does not need to be complicated.
You’re not building some big, overwhelming system. You just need a place where everything lives so you can actually use it.
At the very least, your system should help you quickly see:
- What you own
- What you’ve started
- What you’ve finished
- Where the links and logins are
That alone is going to give you so much clarity.

How a Trello Learning Library Makes Everything Easier
And personally, I love using Trello for this. It makes everything feel so much lighter and easier to manage. Here’s why:
Everything Is Visible at a Glance
Instead of digging through five different places, you can see everything in one board. Each course becomes its own card, so when you open it up, you instantly know what you have.
You can even search or filter (like when you’re trying to find something specific, like a training about Instagram Reels).
It’s Incredibly Easy to Maintain
You don’t need a complicated setup or a ton of time.
You can add a new course in literally seconds, which makes it way more likely that you’ll actually keep up with it instead of letting it fall behind.
It Can Actually Save You Money
This one is HUGE. Instead of immediately going to buy something new, you can check your board first to see what you already have.
Most of the time, you’ll realize you already have one… or even two resources sitting there waiting for you to use them around the same topic.
And just like that, you’ve saved yourself from another unnecessary purchase. 🙌🏼

How to Start Without Getting Overwhelmed
And before you start thinking you need to spend hours setting this up… you really don’t. You do not need to move everything over at once.
Start small and keep it simple:
- Add the courses you’re currently going through
- Include a few you know you want to revisit
- Drop in any recent bundles you grabbed
- Build it out little by little
This is one of those systems that works best when you treat it like a quick habit, not a big project.
A few minutes here and there is more than enough.

Turn Your Courses Into a System That Works
At the end of the day, this isn’t about being perfectly organized. It’s about actually using what you already have.
When everything lives in one place, your courses stop feeling like clutter and start becoming something you can rely on.
